An MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Ravi Shankar as a Director was responsible for professionalizing Kwality Biscuits from a family business.. Ravi Shankar has extensive experience in Marketing, Client engagement, Channel Development and Product Development. He has implemented full HRIS System, Finance System and MIS in multi-location, multi-product organizations.

Ravi Shankar brings in his extensive training in conceptualizing and implementation of processes and change management using many tools including Psychometric tools.

Ravi Shankar holds important positions in many voluntary and service organizations (Rotary; NAct)
 

He is an expert in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior and has extended his consultancy to more than 100 organizations across the Globe for the last 30 years. He was a Managing Director of a public limited Finance Company and founder-chairman of a HR Strategic Consultancy Organization.

An Engineer from IIT Madras and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), he has conducted various researches on evolving New Cultures and Trends in the Software Industry. The research papers have been published in various International Forums and Journals. He is the Author of the fast selling book on Business Transition and Succession- 'Inheriting the Mantle' (Sage Publications, 2001, New Delhi). Mr. Sampath was a Professor and also of Center for Entrepreneur and Family Business at TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal. He was also a visiting faculty at IIM-Bangalore.

He has an overall experience of more than 14 years in the field of Information Technology, Business Process Development and Application implementation and deployment.

He brings with him an experience of implementing of full IT based solutions in a multi-location, multi-product environment. He has experience in conceptualizing, designing and implementing ERP solutions specially to Service industry with a background of understanding of Computer Science. He has integrated the available technology, business applications with customer needs in designing MIS systems for large organizations.

Mohan Raja - has been a consistently high performer with over 20 years experience in working with Organizations like General Electric (GE ) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited ( BPCL). A Master in Business Management, Mohan has worked in Human Resources (Generalist), eHR and Leadership Development. He has also worked in Sales and Distribution function. Such a diverse Business exposure gives him a unique advantage as a HR professional.

Mohan is a Trained Workout facilitator for Top Management and Business Teams and has facilitated several Workout sessions for Business Issues. In GE he was involved in implementation of key initiatives using Change Acceleration Process (CAP). Mohan brings with him a rich and cross functional experience at Senior Positions.
