Our methodology is based on the Ulrich Model.
The Ulrich model organizes HR work into four roles:

  • The segmentation of HR functions by the Ulrich model suggests:
  • HR professionals can reduce time spent on routine operational work which can be outsourced to specialists like ePeople.
  • Transactional Work can be clubbed into shared service centers leading to cost savings due to economies of scale.

    HR Simplified
     
    Gayatri is an experienced Software engineer working in a startup. She finds her salary computations confusing every month. Her TDS deductions are not in alignment with her Investments and Savings. She wishes there was an automated system that tracks her sporadic submissions, compute salaries properly and is vexed with the Finance/HR fallouts.
    Harish is an HR manager in a mid sized BPO. He spends almost 4-6 hours a day handling employee questions on payroll, leave and benefits.
